David Bell to become Permanent Secretary for Education

DAVID BELL NAMED AS NEW PERMANENT SECRETARY AT DEPARTMENT FOR EDUCATION AND SKILLS <br>The Prime Minister has announced that David Bell will be the new Permanent Secretary at the Department for Education and Skills replacing Sir David Normington.
